You earn a fixed £100 (plus VAT) per licence per year. You sell the subscription at GarageWise's published annual price and keep the £100 difference. Commission renews every year for as long as the customer's subscription remains active.
No. There are no minimum sales targets or commitments. You sell at your own pace. The agreement runs on a 12-month rolling term and either side can give 30 days' notice if it's not working out.
No. Your role is to introduce workshops to the platform. GarageWise handles all the technical side: hosting, support, updates, and onboarding. We also provide marketing materials and a dedicated account manager to help you get started.
End customers access the platform directly via garagewise.co using credentials issued by GarageWise. You handle the introduction and sale; we handle account setup, onboarding, and ongoing support.
The standard agreement is non-exclusive, meaning GarageWise may also sell directly or through other resellers in your area. Exclusivity arrangements can be discussed separately if appropriate.
The reseller agreement has a 12-month initial term that auto-renews. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice. Either party can exit with 30 days' written notice before the end of any term. There's no upfront cost and no financial risk to you.
The reseller agreement covers selling subscriptions to workshops. If you'd like your own licence to demo the product or use it in your own workshop, that can be arranged separately.
